When is an Oil and Gas Joint Venture Interest a Security?

The recent case of SEC v. Arcturus, decided by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, tackled that very question. I wrote about that case in an article published in the November 2019 issue of the Dallas Bar Association's "Headnotes" newsletter. The article is titled, surprisingly enough, "When is an Oil and Gas Joint Venture Interest a Security?"  It is available here.

  4. HHO gas or the Brown gas has been one of the major discoveries since the last few years. They are extremely useful when it comes to saving your money and enhancing your car's efficiency. Electrolysis is the foremost process through which water gets split into two major gaseous components, namely oxygen and hydrogen. 2 molecules of hydrogen gas and 1 molecule of oxygen gas combine together to form HHO gas. It is also known by the name Oxyhydrogen. Dallas-based CEO
